WINSTON
Born in 2010, Winston grew up in Market Harbour before moving to London aged 9 months to pursue a career on screen. He appeared in a national billboard campaign for Virgin Media as 'Smokey' before retiring from modelling. After amassing 300 fans on Facebook he won an audition to star in When You're Ready and more recently won Mr October 2014 in the Lordship Lane Vets photo competition.
CHRISTOPHER HOGG
Christopher has done many things, he is a dramatist, stand-up, technologist, librettist and sometimes even an actor. He even worked as a broadcast assistant in the World Service Drama Department in 2003. Reaching the final of the ‘Storyteller of the Year’ competition in 2011 marked for him a distinct turn away from stand-up comedy and a move to something more dramatic. Since 2012 his writing output has been purely for the stage. Christopher is studying for a PHD at the Institute for Creative and Cultural Entrepreneurship at Goldsmiths, where in 2014 he achieved a distinction in his MA in Writing For Performance. His first BBC Radio Play about the life of PC David Rathband, will be broadcast in January 2016.

When You’re Ready is Julia’s first short film as writer/director, producer and composer.
It is an independent production produced and filmed at Marylebone Gardens in London. Julia, and the cast and crew, were thrilled when it premiered at the Hackney Picturehouse as part of the Lo-Budget Mayhem programme of the 12th London Short Film Festival (2015).
Julia has pursued a very diverse career in the Arts, including photography, independent documentary production, music composition and filmmaking. Her passion lies with narrative music and she wrote her MA thesis on the music of Brian Easdale (Black Narcissus (1947), The Red Shoes (1948)). Julia has composed for both film and musical theatre, co-composing and musically directing the horror comedy musical Flatmates V Zombies and, the sequel, Flatmates V Zombies II (both written by Christopher Hogg), which played in London and Seoul.
